Engineering Consultancy Services for: Roof Replacement at Renmore Community Centre

To manage Roof Replacement Works to Renmore Community Centre, Renmore Galway. The successful tenderer will be required to: 1. Inspect/Survey the existing roof and review previous site inspection report (dated October 2012). 2.Take on the role of Designer, Employer Representative and Project Supervisor Design Stage(PSDP). 3. Design new roof and detail works to be undertaken to replace the existing roof. 4. Draft tender documents for Works, upload to e-tenders and manage the tendering process on behalf of the client. 5. Assess tenders for appointment of contractor to carry out Works and make all necessary appointments for works to be carried out. 6. Site supervisor during construction Works. 7.Certify Payments and sign off on works being completed. 8. Certify Works once completed and handover finished site to Galway City Council once works have been completed.
