214086 - St. Vincent’s National School Toilet Upgrade Works.

Upgrade and alteration works to the existing school toilets. Works will involve the demolitions, alteration, refurbishment, asbestos removal works, new internal partitions, internal door replacement works, floor finishes upgrade / replacement, mechanical and electrical alteration works, sanitary fittings replacement, and making good finishes to accommodate the new works. The works will be carried out within the Existing School Building and will involve working out of hours to complete the project within the proposed project completion deadline. Please refer to the proposed Phasing arrangements set out below.
