Ops 5321TC - Customer First Programme - Business Process Mapping

The Customer First Programme has been developed as an enabler for IÉ’s commercial strategy and future operating model. The Programme is a consolidated series of technology and business initiatives to improve the manner in which IÉ transacts and interacts with its customers. The Programme should be viewed as an interdependent set of initiatives, which are cohesively bound. The Programme also includes activities associated with implementing the systems and ensuring the business is positioned to gain maximum benefits from the investment. The Services being sought at this point are Advisors/Consultants to catalogue and describe ‘As-Is’ processes expected to be impacted by the Customer First Programme.
