UCDOPP593 - Commercial Opportunities on UCD Belfield Campus

UCD has several potential commercial units available ranging in size from 17 m2to 200 m2. The University is seeking expressions of interest from service providers interested in providing new services to the university community and possibly to surrounding residential areas (Not currently provided by existing licensees on campus). This contract is a service concession within the definition set out in Directive 2004/18/EC. This notice is being published on a voluntary basis and thus exempt from the provisions of Directive 2004/18/EC. UCD is subject to the Freedom of Information Acts, as amended. Interested parties should indicate whether any of the information submitted by them is commercially sensitive in nature and should be treated as confidential. If an FOI request is received, UCD will examine any such information in light of the exemptions provided for under the FOI Acts.
