Framework Agreement for the Provision of Corporate Graphic Design Services for Shannon Airport Authority plc.

SAA’s requirement for Graphic Design services is being tendered by SAA for its entire business. A framework/panel will be used to draw down Graphic Design services in respect of SAA’s requirements over the duration of the framework. The framework will initially cover Graphic Design requirements for SAA any may also include Graphic Design requirements for part/all of Shannon Group plc. (“Shannon Group”) when the legislation to establish Shannon Group has been passed. It may also include Graphic Design requirements for any future subsidiaries, joint ventures or associated businesses of SAA/Shannon Group. SAA/Shannon Group reserves the right to purchase outside the framework agreement. The framework will be set up for a period of 24 months with an option to renew for a further 12 month period.
