Louth Co. Council, the “Contracting Authority”, invites tenders from competent legal service providers to provide Legal, Conveyancing and Advisory Services for the Acquisition of Lands required for the for the Louth County Council N53 Barronstown to Hackballscross, Compulsory Purchase Order, 2014 and the County Louth Compulsory Purchase (Roads No 1) (Narrow Water Bridge) Order, 2012. The services will comprise general services, property conveyancing including roadbed only cases, IFA assessment and statutory arbitration and services related to transfer of residual lands.
