River Suir Access Improvements - To Construct Multi Use River Access Structures at two separate locations along the River Suir Co. Tipperary

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 Tipperary County Council invites you to tender for the Construction of Multi Use River Access Structures at two seperate locations along the River Suir:  Inch Field, Cahir & Sean Healy Park, Carrick On Suir.    

    1.            This project comprises works at two sites at separate locations along the River Suir and is being tendered for in three lots respectively:

      ·         Lot 1 – Inch Field, Cahir, Co. Tipperary

·         Lot 2 – Sean Healy Park, Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary

·       Lot 3 – Inch Field, Cahir, Co. Tipperary & Sean Healy Park, Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary

2.            The Tenderer can submit a tender to complete the works at Inch Field, Cahir, only, which must be reference as Lot 1, or the tender can submit a tender to complete the works at Sean Healy Park, Carrick On Suir, only, which must be reference as Lot 2.   Or the Tenderer can submit a tender to complete the works at both Inch Field, Cahir and Sean Healy Park, Carrick on Suir and this must be referenced as Lot 3

 3.            It is an objective of the project to have all ‘In-Stream’ works at both sites completed by 30th September 2014.   

 

4.            It is an objective of the project to have all remaining works completed on or before 22nd October 2014.  That is all other works inclusive of handrails, signage & reinstatement.   

 

5.            Any correspondences, queries and clarifications at Tender Stage shall be through www.etenders.gov.ie

6.   The Documents 'Lot 1 & 2 Appropriate Assessment Screening Document' & 'Lot 1 & 2 Architectural Designs_Use Inch Field and Sean Healy Park ONLY'  make reference to other sites (Marlfield, Kilsheelan, Dillons Dock) which are not part of this tender.  These documents are for information purposes only.
