737 - Grange Castle Business Park South-Construction of Access Road
This contract has now been awarded to Clonmel Enterprises Ltd. The Works consists of all permanent and temporary works required for the construction of: • 650m of 7m wide single lane carriageway. • Junction between the Access Road and Baldonnell Road. • Entrance wall, railing, gates, paving. • Provision of public lighting, road markings and signage. • Provision of drainage and associated features. • Installation of 640m of 500mm diameter watermain. • Installation of 650m of 375mm diameter foul sewer. • Installation of ESB MV & 110kV ducting and chambers. • Installation of ducting for fibre optic network. • Installation of 675m of 250mm diameter gas main. • Tie-in to existing services where necessary. • Provision of other services and utilities where necessary. • Provision of landscaping finishes. • All associated site works necessary to complete the scheme
