The Courts Service is seeking the provision of simple, secure and convenient methods for the payment of court imposed fines through a variety of payment channels; including; an on line facility, postal, over the counter via approved authorised retail outlets and telephone. This is to be delivered through the use of modern technology be cost effective while maximising the collection of fines. Additionally we are seeking the provision of an efficient, scalable and cost effective solution for the printing and distribution/posting of legal documents associated with court imposed fines and the issue of summonses This is to be delivered through the use of modern printing technology which facilitates flexible document design, document sorting, collation and tracking, to agreed service levels

The provision of simple and convenient methods for the payment of court imposed fines through a variety of payment channels, including: an On Line facility, Over the Counter via approved authorised retail outlets, in addition to the traditional methods of Postal and Telephone. Other innovated methods should also be considered. Any solution should be cost effective, scalable while ensuring the maximum collection of fines.
