PP/106 - Facilities Management Contract 2014-2017

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

 

Dear Suppliers,

 

  1. The tender documentation comprises; the Specification, Summary of Tender and Appendices combined into a single document.
  2. One soft copy (USB, CD-ROM, DVD etc.) of the tender and four hard copies of the tender in a sealed envelope, marked “Tender for Facilities Management Contract PP/106” should be delivered not later than 5.30pm on 11th August, 2014 and addressed to Mr. Chris Clarke, Secretary, An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, Ireland. Late, faxed or emailed tenders received will not be accepted.
  3. A once off site inspection of the building shall be given by Mr. Tom Egan of An Bord Pleanála on Wednesday 9th July,  2014 at 10am.  Two persons only may attend from each tendering firm.  Please email Mr Damien Wyse at d.wyse@pleanala.ie including names/details to confirm attendance by 5.30pm on Monday 7th July, 2014.  Failure to comply with this requirement will result in entry to the building being denied and may result in elimination of the tenderer from the competition.
  4. All questions and answers from tenderers for this Facilities Management Contract 2014 - 2017 will be dealt with through the Q&A section on the etenders website only.
