Detailed description:

The works will consist of the construction of a new 6,840sqm Garda Divisional Headquarters building adjacent to the existing Kevin Street Garda station, which is a Protected Structure (formerly called St. Sepulchre's Palace), with a 5,400 sqm double basement, The development consists of a 2-3 storey building with flat roofs along the west boundary; a 5 storey building with flat roof and curved street elevation along the east boundary and a connecting glazed atrium with a mono- pitch glass roof. Lift manufacture with supply and fit. The lift specialist shall install 2 no. 13 persons Duplex lifts approx Car Lift travel shall be 25.5 and 18.5 metres. The lifts shall be installed in compliance with IS EN. 81 and Part M of the Building Regulations.
