The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

The Ice Plants are located at Howth, Kilmore Quay, Dunmore East, Union Hall, Castletownbere, Rossaveal and Killybegs and comprise of an aging ice plant network mainly running on R22 refrigerant*. The plants operate on a 24/7 basis. BIM currently employ one full time person at each plant to deal with the distribution of the ice and liaise with BIM’s head office in relation to ongoing issues and they are supported by a back up person to cover absences etc. It is imperative that BIM have a constant stock of ice to meet local demand at each plant. BIM is seeking to appoint a suitable service provider for the management and overseeing the operation and routine and preventative maintenance of the 7 Ice Plants. BIM have a panel of existing technical service providers strategically located throughout the island of Ireland to service the plants and attend in emergency situations. The successful service provider will be responsible for providing strategic and ongoing advice in relation to the plants. It is therefore a requirement that Candidates are in a position to deliver all elements described in this qualification questionnaire.
