These Instructions to Tenderers, Equipment Requirements and Terms and Conditions are for the provision and 5-year maintenance of a portable cardiopulmonary exercise testing device, heavy duty treadmill and cycle ergometer suitable for maximal exercise testing as detailed in Section D herein, to the Trinity College Dublin Clinical Research Facility (CRF), at St James’s Hospital (hereafter referred to as BUYER).
