Refurbishment of Training Centre, Kilmacrennan Road, for Health Service Executive at Letterkenny Co. Donegal

The building is an industrial type building constructed in the 1970s. The works involve the complete refurbishment of the existing training centre to a “classroom “ type training centre with ancillary offices, meeting rooms, sanitary facilities and central relaxation space Works will include the demolitions of existing internal walls and construction of new partitions to new layout, replacement of existing windows and formation of new openings for new windows and doors and the comprehensive replacement of all existing M&E services internally and to selected services externally. Works will also include the installation of new sanitaryware and formation of new internal and external below ground drainage to service same. Works at high level will involve replace existing roof lights to flat roof without edge protection and the formation of new ope.s and installation of new rooflights to the existing pitched roof.
