Fully Managed IT Services - Fully Managed IT Services
The objective of this competition is to award a contract to a single supplier (the “Tenderer”) for the provision of a supply, maintenance and support contract including service changes (e.g. configuration changes) and other related works associated with CIB’s IT services. A decision has been taken to outsource all of CIB’s IT services to a data centre and have those services fully managed by the “Tenderer”.
