You are invited to submit a Tender for the above Services complying with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers. Please note that the latest date and time for submission of Tenders is Friday 6^th June 2014 at 12:00 hrs.

 

Please note in section 1.4.3 (Fee Apportionment) of the Introduction to tender that the Preliminary Report is based on a fixed price lump sum. If the Preliminary report becomes part of an ongoing commission awarded on a percentage basis, the fee for the report will be subsumed into the general fee for the project. Please refer to Appendix A: Worked example of Model fee Payment Mechanism in the Capital Works Management Framework Guidance Note 1.6 – Procurement Process for Consultancy Services (Technical).
