Request for Tenders for the Provision of ICT Support Services

The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) require a service provider for all of its ICT support needs including, but not limited to, the management of the Campus Network, Service Management, Desktop support, management and maintenance of IT equipment. The service provider may be required to provide relevant IT Consultancy advice or project management services to the DHDA. This may include reviewing the current IT strategy and working with the DHDA to provide recommendations for associated implementation. The DHDA also require the service provider to procure IT equipment and related items as and when required. An outline of the Digital Hub ICT requirements is listed within the Request For Tender document.
