Framework Agreement for the Energy Feeiciency Retrofitting Works to Louth County Councils Dwellings. Insulation of all or some of the following energy improvement works: cavity fill insulation; attic insulation; associated ventilation and lagging of pipes and water storage tanks in the attic. Contractors should take note that most, if not all the properties involved, will be occupied at the time the works will be carried out.
