Request for Tenders for a Single Supplier Framework agreement to provide a Case Management Solution for the Payroll Shared Service Centre

A) The supply and installation of a Case Management (“CMS”) Platform which can underpin the operations of the Payroll Shared Service Center and potentially various operations and activities of the State’s Shared Service Programme, B) The design and delivery of a business application on the CMS Platform to meet Payroll Shared Service Centre’s requirements set out in this RFT, and C) Ongoing support and maintenance of the Platform and the Case Management System.
