These Instructions to Tenderers, Specifications and Special Conditions of Tender are for an open tender procedure for a multiparty framework agreement with two lots to set up two panels for Web Graphic Design for NUI, Galway. It is envisioned that at least the three highest-scoring candidates and no more than the six highest-scoring candidates will form part of this panel for both lots. The lots are differentiated by the value of spend per project. A project in lot 1 will be valued at greater than €20,000 and a project in Lot 2 will be valued at equal to or less than €20,000.
