The contractors are requested to price for works in relation to extension including 2 No Resource rooms and a board room and alterations including removal of existing and provision of a new fire escape staircase. A valid tender will include filled Tender Form, signed Declaration of Suitability and filled Tender Summary Sheet (attached to Spec. & Prel. Documents).
