To whom it may concern,
Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) invites you to apply for inclusion in the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement to provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) services to IÉ. This tender process is being conducted utilising the Negotiated Procedure.
The framework agreement will be established on the basis of 3 geographical regions (East, West and South). Each region will be considered as a seperate lot. Companies can apply for consideration for one or all lots however they must demonstrate in their completed PQQ that they have the necessary resources available to them to fulfil the requirements of multiple lots.
This process is a 2 stage process.
Stage 1: To be considered for inclusion to the shortlist of companies who will be issued with ITT documentation, you are required to download and complete the PQQ attached to this notice. Companies will be measured and scored in line with the advertised selection criteria contained within the attached PQQ.
Stage 2: A shortlist of companies will be provided with ITT documentation.
