Request for Tender for the provision of a Publications Despatch Service

To seek a service provider to deliver the leaflet request facility on behalf of the Department. This includes facilitating telephone, SMS text or online orders for publications; storage, inventory management and distribution of publications; and the provision of management information reports to the Department in relation to requests received. The service provider selected will have to satisfy the conditions of S.I. No.329 of 2006 European Communities (Award of Public Authorities’ Contracts) Regulations 2006 in meeting the requirements of “Sheltered Workshops” or that they can provide for this contract to be performed by participants in a sheltered employment programme.
