Detailed description:

The project comprises a 354-bed new build student residential complex within the grounds of UCD. The complex consistes of four four-storey blocks. The site will be enabled prior to commencement of the Works. Bathroom pods are being procured direct by the client and the Contractor will be responsible for their installation as part of the Works.
