Telephony System Maintenance & Support

 The Irish Prison Service invite tenders for the supply of Telephony System Maintenance & Support. Full details are included in the attached Request for Tender document.

Please note the following

Tenders must be submitted via the postbox facility on eTenders.

A scanned signed copy of Appendix 3 and Appendix 5 should be submitted via the eTenders postbox. (ref: 2.4 of the RFT).

You may submit scanned copies of other required schedules, for example the pricing schedule, if you wish.

The pricing schedule should be submitted (via the submission facility on www.etenders.gov.ie) as a separate document. The pricing document is the only document that should contain reference to pricing. There must be no reference to pricing in your main tender document.
