SAA is undertaking a competitive tendering process, seeking to enter into a multi-party framework agreement with several legal service providers to meet its requirements for legal services over the duration of the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement will cover the business of SAA initially but will also include the legal requirements for Shannon Group in the future. It is intended that all requirements for legal services will be procured through the Framework Agreement.

Tenderers must satisfy all of the Selection criteria listed on pages 23 - 24 of the RFT document in order to have their tenders considered under the RFT Award Criteria.
