TENDER FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF PLANT & EQUIPMENT 2014
Tenders are invited from suppliers for the supply and delivery of Plant and Equipment in 16 separate lots to Dublin City Council, Parks and Landscape Services Division. Details of lots are outlined on the attached documents. They include multi- purpose compact tractors, petrol engine pedestrian rotary mowers, tractor mounted p.t.o. driven rotary mowers, Knapsack Blowers, etc Tenderers should note that the City Council may purchase one, a number of, or all of the items listed, which ever is most advantageous to the City Council. Successful Tenderers shall provide on site training on delivery to operators to allow for safe use of the equipment. All Equipment/Machinery offered to comply with the appropriate regulations associated with the Health, Safety and Welfare at Work Act 2005.

Lot No. 2 : 3 No. Diesel, 3 or 4 cylinder multi- purpose compact tractors, 30h.p. approx. with 3 pt. linkage, p.t.o. rear discharge cutting deck of 60” mid mounted for 2 no. machines, No mowing Deck required for 1 Machine, instant forward / reverse hydrostatic transmission. Lot No. 4 : 1 No. Triplex Ride-on Greens Cylinder mower, 20 hp diesel engine approx, hydrostatic, and Roll Over Protection Structure, suitable for maintenance of golf greens, with floating cylinder heads of approx 56 cm with backlapping feature, total Working width of 1.7m approx. Lot No. 15 : 8 No. Batteries for Electric Vehicle, replacing existing type, 8 no Trojan 6v Rechargeable Model 145 or Similar.
Lot No 16 : 1 No aluminium Beach Rake/Cleaner to be suitable for working from a 90hp approx 4 Wheel Drive Agricultural Tractor. Cleaning depth adjustable to 150mm approx with a cleaning width of 2.1 m approx, capable of removing a full range of litter, having a hopper capacity of 2.3 cubic metres approx, and floatation tyres.
