Re: 3 CLASSROOM EXTENSION AND MINOR REFURBISHMENT WORKS TO SALESIAN SECONDARY COLLEGE

 

Dear Sir,

 

You are invited to submit a tender price for the above project, complying with the Instructions to Tenderers.

 

Tender documentation, including the suitability assessment questionnaire, is available to download in electronic format under the above named notice on the e-tenders website. The onus rests with the Tenderer to cross check the completeness of the documents downloaded against the Schedule of Tender Documentation. Where such download is incomplete or illegible, the Tenderer must notify Rogerson Reddan (061 410441) immediately. An original complete hard copy set of the tender documentation is available for inspection at the office of Rogerson Reddan upon written request.

 

Tenderers are advised to visit the site to satisfy themselves as to the full extent and nature of the works proposed. Site visits may be arranged by contacting the School on (061) 393105 or the Architect, Mr. Michael Burke on (061) 220851.

 

Your tender should be returned for the attention of Mr. Sean Twomey, Rogerson Reddan, Park House, Arthur’s Quay, Limerick, no later than 12:00 noon Friday 4th April 2014.
