Works contractor to undertake the construction of flood defence works in Skibbereen town and environs. The proposed works include: - Construction of approximately 2,200lin.m of reinforced concrete flood defence wall (masonry faced in locations) - Construction of a reinforced concrete river channel (5m width approx) over approx. 340lin.m - Construction of approximately 4,200lin.m of flood defence embankments - Installation of approximately 6,000lin.m of sheet piling, to various depths - Construction of 4 no. culvert structures and associated works - Road regrading and associated works over approx 200lin.m - Construction of 25lin.m of glass floodwalls - Construction of storm water drainage works, including pumping stations. - River bed regrading works

Construction of flood defence works in Skibbereen town and environs. The proposed works include construction of reinforced concrete flood defence wall (masonry faced in locations), reinforced concrete river channel, flood defence embankments, installation of sheet piling, to various depths, culvert structures and associated works, road regrading and associated works, glass floodwalls, storm water drainage works, including pumping stations and river bed regrading works.
