Waterford City Council Panel of Building Contractors for Small Works April 2014 – April 2015 Submissions are invited from Building contractors who wish to be considered for inclusion on Waterford City Councils Panel of Building Contractors for small works. Contracts shall include but are not limited to contracts for Housing Maintenance/Repair, Retrofitting and pre-letting repairs. Size of the Contract: up to 100 Houses in Waterford City and up to 70 Houses in Waterford County Duration: 1 year initially, with Waterford City Council having the facility to extend by a further year for each of the following two years if they so choose.
