14/0003 - Peer Leadership Programme Louth peace and Reconcilation Programme

Peer Leadership and Peace Building Leadership programme for young people has its emphasis on young people with potentail to effect change in their local target communities. The requirement of thsi tender is the delivery of Peer Leadership Training and it will involve training, facilitation and mentoring from skilled youth workers. A critical part of thsi work will be teh involvement of target groups of teh Peace 111 Programme thus ensuring that teh focus will be on address teh key issues of sectarianism and racism. There will also be a Youth Worker Support Porgramme to enable communication between youth workers from both sides of the Border.
