CSP 5118 - Cleaning Services

A core component of our customer service offering is the standard of cleanliness. This is one of the first experiences of customers’ interaction with our service and is commented on in all forms of customer feedback. Customers expect that the rail stations and services that they use for their travel journey will be presented to them as clean and at a standard that they would expect to experience at any other modern facility that they use as part of their daily life such as a restaurant, cinema or shopping centre.Irish Rail – Iarnród Éireann (IE) has a requirement for the services of a contract cleaning company to maintain offices, station buildings and concourses, including stations on the DART Network, other buildings such as depot facilities (canteens and offices) and some rolling stock at mainline stations. The contract will commence in August 2014 and will run until July 2019
