CS/2014/02 - For the establishment of a Multi-Party Framework Agreement of Main Contractors for Fit-Out type Work
The purpose of this tender process is to appoint building contractors to a multi-party framework for a period of 2 years with the option of two further one year periods. The construction works to be undertaken by Fáilte Ireland will be on a 'project by project' basis. The range of construction project budgets is circa €150,000 - €1,000,000 but note that some projects may be larger or smaller than the limits set. The majority of projects will be of 'office fit-out type construction.
