13/122 - Construction of extension to existing manufacturing facility and associated site works at Tuamgraney, Co Clare
You are invited to submit a tender price for the above project.
Please note that the following conditions will apply:
- The client is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender
- Costs relating to the preparation of tenders will not be reimbursed
- The intended contract start date is March 2014
- The expected duration of the contract will be approximately 5 months
- The successful tenderer will be required to submit a construction programme which will form the basis of a formal contract
- The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of Health & Safety requirements in accordance with current legislation. Tenderers should conform that they are qualified in this regard. The successful tenderer will be required to fulfil the role of PSCS. A pre-qualification questionnaire in this regard is included with the tender documents. Tendering parties are requested to submit this completed document as part of their submission.
- Tenderers will be required to demonstrate appropriate insurances available for this project, including suitable third party, employer, all risk and public liability insurances.
- Tendering parties should submit evidence of a current C2 Tax Clearance Certificate
Completed tenders are to be returned to the above office no later than 4pm on Friday 21st February 2014
