12-034 - Replacement of existing Wastewater Treatment Unit, New Soil Polishing Filter Bed & Demolition of existing Prefab building.

Project proposes to remove the existing wastewater treatment unit and to repalce with new system including associated earthworks, pumps etc, for the construction of a new soil polishing filter bed and french drain. The works also propose to undertake the demolition of an existing prefab building and the reinstatement of new groundworks surrounding and under this area.
