Partial demolition of and alterations and modifications to the school existing buildings; the construction of new extensions to the post-primary school comprising 14 new classrooms, social areas, administration rooms, teaching spaces, laboratories, stores, toilets and ancillary spaces; a new P.E. hall with fitness suite, stores and ancillary spaces; a single storey extension linking the existing primary school buildings, comprising new entrance, office, G.P. hall, toilets and ancillary spaces; improvements to existing vehicular entrance to the post primary school, new vehicular entrances to primary school, part demolition and installation of new boundary treatment, surface car parking, cycle racks, outdoor ball courts and associated site works and landscaping (total floor area 8,999sqm); and for the provision for the duration of the construction contract of new, temporary classroom accommodation, comprising 19 classrooms, teaching spaces, offices, toilets and ancillary spaces with associated site works (total floor area 1,930 sqm).
