Provision of Triage Services for North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC) and Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC)

The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a tender to provide

nurse triage / doctor triage services for the North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC) and

Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC), as two separate Lots as follows:

 

Lot 1: Triage Service for North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC)

Lot 2: Triage Service for Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC)

 

Tenderers may tender for one or both of the Lots indicated above.

Separate tender responses and costings must be submitted in respect of each Lot tendered for as indicated above.

The HSE reserves the right to award a contract, if awarded, to one or more service providers.

 

Note: Service providers are requested to only submit a tender if they are confident that they have both the level of

capacity and suitably qualified and experience expertise within their organisation to deliver on the project as

outlined in the project documentation, and in line with the project timeframe, i.e. to provide the nurse triage/doctor

triage service commencing 1st April 2014

 

Please note that the Invitation to Tender documentation attached to this notice is common to both Lot 1 and Lot 2.

The Invitation to Tender documentation comprises the Invitation to Tender, the Tender Response Document

and the HSE Tender Competition Rules. Further documentation with clarifications and/or responses to queries

may also be issued during the tender process in advance of the closing date of receipt of tenders.

 

Please note the final date for receipt of tenders is 12 Noon Wednesday 22nd January 2014,

and the final date for receipt of queries in regard to this competition is

12.00 noon Thursday 16th January 2014.
