You are invited to submit an expression of interest complying with the attached Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW 1 and Appendices 3.4a and B, B1 and B2 and D for the above.

The latest date for submission of queries is 13th January 2014 and the latest date for response to queries will be 20th January 2014.
