Interim School Accommodation - Limited Consultancy Service Framework for Interim School Accommodation solutions

This framework is for Architectural/Engineering Services for the delivery of urgent interim school accommodation solutions. A single firm (Registered Architect/Chartered Engineer /Registered Building Surveyor) will be appointed with ancillary services (Architect, QS, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services (M&E) services as required) Each of the above firms will be required to provide support in their respective discipline (as required by the lead Architect/Civil Structural Engineer/ Building Surveyor) to assist in the rapid delivery of interim solutions. These Design solutions may be modular buildings (normally between 1 and 4 classrooms) or alterations and/or extensions to existing buildings and will involve preparation of design proposals, obtaining Statutory Approvals, concurrent preparation of Tender Documents and Tender Action, appointment of contractors and contract supervision (including project management and all ancillary services required). The timescale may be extremely limited, and in some cases less than 6 months and all the sub-consultants will be required to deliver an immediate response to requests for assistance
