This is the first stage of the competition and to register your interest and complete the PQQ Questionaire you need to follow this link:. http://tenders.supplierforce.com/830 Oweninny Power Ltd (OPL) is a joint venture company formed between ESB Wind Development Limited and Bord na Móna Energy Limited. OPL intends to develop, construct, maintain and operate a Windfarm at Oweninny, Bellacorick in County Mayo. OPL requires expressions of interest from firms of solicitors to provide legal advice in relation to (but not limited to) the following activities, Wind Energy related advice: • Financing Renewable Energy Projects - International • Corporate / Commercial Regulatory EU and competition Law • Wind Turbine Generator supply and maintenance agreements • Civil and Electrical Balance of Plant contracts • Power Purchase Agreements • EU Directives relating to Renewable Energy • Irish Energy Policy Environment and Regulation of the Sector • Property matters relating to the Project • Professional service agreements for Design, construction, operation and maintenance • Environmental • Energy and Natural Resources • Health and Safety • Planning • Procurement • Intellectual Property • Insurance, • Corporate Goverance Advice may be required in the following jurisdictions: Ireland, United Kingdom, other EU and Europe, United States. Only firms of solicitors who can demonstrate that they have the resources and experience in dealing with the all of areas of expertise they are expressing an interest in as outlined above should apply. This appointment will exclude elements of the project in respect of which legal advisers have already been appointed and which are underway. The successful party will carry out work under instructions from the In-house legal team from ESB and Bord na Mona and in support of that team.
