This public procurement competition (“Competition”) relates to the provision of Marine Gas Oil to the stated specifications (see Appendix 1), in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT). This single party framework is for the provision of Marine Gas Oil (“MGO”). The RFT will be divided into the following lots:- (1) Lot 1 – Bulk delivery of MGO to the Naval Base in Cork, Ireland. (2) Lot 2 – Fuelling at various ports around the coast for ships of the Irish Naval Service (“INS”) & the Commissioners of Irish Lights (“CIL”).
