Dear Sir/ Madam,
Please see attached documents for the tender of a refurbishment project to the rear of O'Connell House, Mountmellick. All planning permission is now in place for the project which has 2 main elements:
1 - The refurbishment of the building to include for the
- roof replacment,
- glazing replacement,
- clean down external stone work
2 - The internal sub-division of the unit into 5 spaces with stores and to include for
toilet facilities as called up.
