Detailed description:

Limerick City Council is seeking expressions of suitability from appropriately qualified firms to manage paid on-street parking transactions through cashless (E-payment) methods using mobile phones (SMS) and smartphones applications in Limerick City. Limerick City Council is currently providing these services and the successful Tenderer will be expected to assume control of the existing customer base without any interruption to services and seek to increase market penetration through a series of innovative initiatives.
