Please note that the deadline for receipt of completed pre-qualification questionnaires is 12:00 Hrs (local time) on Tuesday 29th October 2013.
It must be noted that the contracting authority reserves the right to limit the number of operators who will be invited to tender or to participate. The envisaged number of operators is 3 - 6.
The contracting authority reserves the right to recourse to staged procedure to gradually reduce the number of solutions to be discussed or tenders to be negotiated.
Late submissions or submissions by fax or email will not be accepted.
