Multi-Party Framework for Demolition Works for Dublin City Council and Fingal County Council

It is proposed to establish a Multi-Party Framework for the above. As stand-alone demolition projects arise over the life of the Framework in the functional areas of the named local authorities, contracts will be awarded by competitive tender to contractors on the Framework. Projects would include former Council flat blocks, old housing stock, derelict buildings etc. Weathering of adjoining buildings, temporary works & facade retention works (incl. design) may be required.

Instructions to bidder:

Applications are only invited from from contractors who have a proven track record in demolition. Applications are not invited from general building contractors who propose to sub-contract the whole of the works. The Framework duration will be 36 months with an option to extend it to 48 months.
