PROVISION & SUPPORT OF A DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT [DAM] SOLUTION

Thank you for your interest in this competitive tender process.  You should read all of the attached documentation carefully.

Please note that the deadline for receipt completed tender responses  is 15:00 hours [local time] on Monday 18^th November 2013.

As detailed in the documentation, the deadline for receipt of queries in relation this Open tender procedure is 12:00 hours [local time] on Thursday 24^th October 2013.

Completed tenders must be submitted in hard copy x 5 plus 1 soft copy on CD, memory stick or key by the deadline to the return address stated in the documentation.

Late submissions or submissions by fax or email will not be accepted.

·       Evaluation of tenders is carried out in two stages.   Those who do not meet the requirements of the instructions to tenderers and the minimum pre-qualifying criteria as detailed below will not be considered for inclusion in the award process.

·       Without prejudice to the principle of equal treatment, the contracting authority is not obliged to engage in a clarification process in respect of questionnaires with missing or incomplete information.  Therefore, Tenderers are advised to ensure that they return FULLY COMPLETED Tenders in order to avoid the risk of elimination from the competition.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to invite only the qualifying tenderers to present a demonstration of their proposed solution
