Provision of General Forestry Maintenance Contract Services in 2014

Coillte are seeking expressions of interest for the provision of General Forestry Maintenance contract services in 2014. This will consist of two types of contracts: Contract A - Maintenance of Forests This contract will include the following operations fence and drainage repair, hedge trimming, litter collection, fire- lines, supply and erect entrance barriers, chainsaw operations, fire fighting and general amenity maintenance. The contractor will supply materials (ex road material), labour and machinery required to complete the contract. Contract B - Maintenance of Forest Parks This contract will include the following operations; maintenance of buildings, toilets, trails and grass-cutting. The contractor will supply materials, labour and machinery required to complete the contract. These sites will include forest parks which are generally located in rural areas.
