Dear Tenderer,

The Irish Sports Council wishes to award a framework agreement for the Provision of An Athlete Management System.  The framework agreement is being advertised at European Level under the Open Procedure.  

Please note that ISC will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by tenderers.  

Please note that award of the framework agreement and any contract under the framework will be subject to the approval of all the relevant competent authorities.

All communication with tenderers will be via www.etenders.gov.ie.
