Detailed description:

The Defence Forces (DF) will establish a framework for the supply of VSAT with the following basic characteristics - rapidly deployable - transportable - rugged for general use and protracted deployment - easy to use The framework will enable a phased replacement of the existing DF VSAT equipment while providing seamless interoperability with existing technologies.
