P2051 - Licence to develop and operate a Airport Service Centre - Retail Opportunity

DAA intends to award a Development Agreement to the successful Tenderer in respect of the development of a retail undertaking (the ‘Retail Development’), which shall include for planning, design, finance and construction. Upon satisfaction of the conditions precedent set out in the Development Agreement, DAA intends to enter into a Licence with the successful Tenderer for the operation and maintenance of the Retail Development for a concession period of not less than fifteen (15) years (the “Project”).
